We were so honored to shoot at the University Club here in Pittsburgh, Pa. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. Christie and Sam’s Wedding decorations were over the top! Everything was absolutely perfect, from the elegant ballroom, to the gorgeous table decor, and even down to the cookie table! Everything tied in just perfectly. My personal favorite was the Kangaroo cookies they had at their cookie table. What says an Aussie like Kangaroos as your cookies!

To be honest, this was my first Australian Wedding. And boy, was it fun! It was an amazing experiencing learning about their family dynamics, culture, and customs. It was really cool to see them pour their drinks into their shoes and drink out of them. This is performed as a bringer of good fortune.

My personal favorite was the Kangaroo cookies they had at their cookie table. What says an Aussie like Kangaroos as your cookies!

Towards, the end of the night is when things got crazy! I was able to see how much these guys loved to celebrate! For the last song of the night, all of the men took of their pants and danced on chairs and on the dance floor. I wont share those images, but it was just down right hilarious to see these guys waving their pants in the air dancing.

I can honestly say, this was by far one the best experiences I’ve had as as a Wedding Photographer. I am so honored Christie & Sam chose us to shoot their Wedding. I am now eager to shoot more Australian Weddings. These guys know how to have fun!
